scRNAseq of RA and PsA patient synovial tissue single cell suspensions

To investigate the cell composition and cell-cell interaction in RA and PsA patient inflamed joints Following arthrotsopic surgery, single cell suspension of ~15 biopsies per patient were generated. 4 RA and 5 PsA synovial tissue samples are analysed.

为探究类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA）与银屑病关节炎（Psoriatic Arthritis, PsA）患者接受关节镜手术后的炎症关节内的细胞组成及细胞间相互作用，本研究为每位患者制备约15份活检组织的单细胞悬液，最终分析了4份RA患者滑膜组织样本与5份PsA患者滑膜组织样本。
