Lipidome of leaves of esca-affected grapevine

The dataset presented in this paper comprises the masses of 208 lipid species and other compounds of lipid metabolism, and their levels in leaves of vines with brown wood streaking and grapevine leaf stripe, two symptomatic expressions of Esca complex disease (ESCA).
