随着中国城市化的发展,预拌混凝土的广泛使用,矿渣粉被大量应用在混凝土中充当掺合料。一方面解决了固废的环境污染,一方面在保证混凝土质量的前提下减低混凝土的材料成本,实现了双赢的局面。矿渣粉的活性指数和流动度比是矿渣粉应用中重要的技术指标,应尽量采用活性指数大、流动度比大的矿渣粉。因此,合理科学地控制矿渣粉的活性指数和流动度比对于制备高质量混凝土至关重要。一、测得试验样品流动度和对比样品流动度,再按照以下公式算出流动度比,流动度比=试验样品流动度/对比样品流动度*100%。矿粉的流动度比大于等于95%方为合格。然后再根据活性指数来判定矿渣粉级别。 二、抗压强度值:按水泥胶砂强度检验方法(IOS)GB/T52-2006方法,成型2组试块,每组3条棱柱,在标准养护条件下养护到试验龄期,用标准试验压力机测得一组三条棱柱六个抗压强度值,取六个抗压强度测定值的算术平均值。 三、根据以下公式算出矿渣粉活性指数:矿渣粉活性指数=试验样品抗压强度值/对比样品抗压强度值*100%,再根据以下标准得到等级判定:7天活性指数≥95%,28天活性指数≥105%,为S105级别;7天活性指数≥70%,28天活性指数≥95%,为S95级别;7天活性指数≥55%,28天活性指数≥75%,为S75级别。

With the development of urbanization in China and the widespread application of ready-mixed concrete, ground slag powder has been extensively utilized as a mineral admixture in concrete production. On one hand, this practice mitigates environmental pollution caused by solid waste; on the other hand, it reduces the material cost of concrete while maintaining its quality, creating a win-win scenario. The activity index and fluidity ratio are two critical technical indicators for the application of ground slag powder. It is advisable to use slag powder with higher activity index and fluidity ratio as much as possible. Therefore, reasonably and scientifically controlling these two indicators is essential for producing high-quality concrete. 1. Measure the fluidity of both the test sample and the reference sample, then calculate the fluidity ratio using the formula: Fluidity Ratio = (Fluidity of Test Sample / Fluidity of Reference Sample) × 100%. A slag powder product is deemed qualified if its fluidity ratio is greater than or equal to 95%. 2. Compressive strength test: Follow the cement mortar strength test method specified in GB/T 52-2006 (IOS). Cast 2 sets of test specimens, with 3 prisms per set. Cure all specimens under standard curing conditions until the specified test age. Use a standard compression testing machine to measure the compressive strength of the 3 prisms in one set, obtaining 6 individual strength values, then take the arithmetic average of these 6 measurements. 3. Calculate the activity index of ground slag powder using the formula: Activity Index = (Compressive Strength Value of Test Sample / Compressive Strength Value of Reference Sample) × 100%. Then classify the slag powder grade based on the following criteria: - Grade S105: 7-day activity index ≥ 95% and 28-day activity index ≥ 105%; - Grade S95: 7-day activity index ≥ 70% and 28-day activity index ≥ 95%; - Grade S75: 7-day activity index ≥ 55% and 28-day activity index ≥ 75%.
