To explore the impact of land-use intensification on microbial communities, we conducted monthly soil sampling from replicated plots representing three land-use types (natural wetlands, rice-wheat rotation fields, and greenhouse-based vegetable fields) in subtropical wetlands through amplicon sequencing. We evaluated how soil bacterial community structure changed across a 12-month period from representing three common land-use types in the Taihu Lake region, China.

为探究土地利用集约化对微生物群落的影响，我们在中国太湖流域的亚热带湿地设置了三种典型土地利用类型的重复样地（天然湿地、稻麦轮作田、设施蔬菜田），按月采集土壤样品并通过扩增子测序（amplicon sequencing）技术，分析12个月周期内土壤细菌群落结构的变化特征。
