Data used in Fig. 3. Pairwise population Jost’s D values for each genetic marker (MHC, mediating and microsatellites) as well as geographic distances and differences in population size between population pairs. Tab-delimited file.

图3所用数据集包含各类遗传标记（主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）、介导型标记与微卫星标记）对应的种群两两组合乔斯特D（Jost’s D）分化指数值，同时涵盖各种群对的地理距离与种群大小差值数据。该数据集采用制表符分隔格式存储。
