Targeted genotyping-based identification of donor- and recipient-derived cells to resolve the origin of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) following allogeneic stem cell transplantation in the context of aplastic anemia (AA). Single-cell whole transcriptome and U2AF1S34Y-specific profiling of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells after diagnosis of AA, onset and progression (prog) of MDS following allogeneic stem cell transplantation. Due to institutional data regulation and privacy policies, raw sequencing data files can currently not be released to protect the patient’s identity.
基于靶向基因分型的供者与受者来源细胞鉴定,用于解析再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia, AA)背景下异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic stem cell transplantation)后骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndrome, MDS)的起源。针对确诊再生障碍性贫血(AA)、异基因造血干细胞移植后骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)发病及进展(prog)阶段的骨髓来源单个核细胞,开展单细胞全转录组测序及U2AF1S34Y特异性分型分析。鉴于机构数据监管与隐私保护政策要求,目前暂不开放原始测序数据文件以保护患者身份信息。
