AMR Gene Classes

Location source (plasmid or genome) of the AMR (antimicrobial resistance) alleles detected in cat fecal microbiomes using Hi-C proximity ligation in combination with shotgun sequencing. This spreadsheet is part of a dataset that was submitted to Microbiology Resource Announcements. The genomic data (Hi-C sequences, assembled contigs, and MAGs) is also part of this dataset and is available from the NCBI SRA and GenBank.
