该数据集主要收集常用饲料中粗蛋白质及其相应18种氨基酸的测定数据，包括饲料氨基酸的测定方法和测定结果数据等。测定结果数据包括干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、苏氨酸(Thr)、丝氨酸(Ser)、谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)、丙氨酸(Ala)、胱氨酸(Cys)、缬氨酸(Val)、蛋氨酸(Met)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)、酪氨酸(Tyr)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)、赖氨酸(Lys)、组氨酸(His)、精氨酸(Arg)、脯氨酸(Pro)、色氨酸(Trp)、天冬氨酸(Asp)。

This dataset primarily collects the determination data of crude protein and its corresponding 18 amino acids in common feeds, including the determination methods and results of feed amino acids.
