H3K27ac HiChIP analysis was performed in GI-MEN DOX-ASCL1 cells to analyze active chromatin-chromatin interactions in GI-MEN DOX-ASCL1 cells. Overall design: Cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde for 10 min. DNA was enriched by chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP), tagmented with Tn5 and analyzed by DNBseq. HiChIP was performed using an antibody against H3K27ac Antibody (ab4729).

本数据集对应的实验为在GI-MEN DOX-ASCL1细胞中开展组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化(H3K27ac)HiChIP分析,以解析该细胞内的活性染色质-染色质相互作用。实验整体设计如下:使用甲醛对细胞进行10分钟交联;通过染色质免疫沉淀(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, ChIP)富集DNA,经Tn5转座酶进行标签化处理后,采用DNA纳米球测序(DNBseq)完成分析;本次HiChIP实验所用抗体为靶向H3K27ac的抗体(货号ab4729)。
