焊机生产销售企业为扩大竞争优势,通过增设服务网点,以覆盖更多的空白市场,但实际推进过程中数据分析赋能少,服务点布局合理性评估不足,造成一定的投资风险。本数据通过数据赋能,可直观了解各区域焊机分布情况、种类使用情况等,授权给焊机生产企业及焊机维修服务企业,使焊机生产企业的生产更有针对性、焊机销售更有区域性,帮助焊机生产企业及第三方焊机服务企业的服务点布局更加合理性。1、数据来源:通过焊有序平台收集金华市金东区焊机的数据信息,存储在数据库中作为初始数据。 2、数据处理:对采集获取到的焊机生产厂商的信息以及焊机的相关信息,结合焊机位置信息、所属地、所属企业信息,对焊机数据进行筛选、统计、分析。 3、算法加工:用各厂家焊机数量÷区域内焊机总数量=占比,用于评价该焊机生产厂商在县域内焊机的分布水平。如占比超过3%,则给与“一类焊机”的评价,如占比在1%-3%,则给与“二类焊机”的评价,如占比在1%以下,则给与“三类焊机”的评价。结合GIS地图的方式,通过经纬度将焊机以红点的方式显示在地图上,红点分布越密说明焊机数量越多。让焊机生产销售企业快速掌握焊机分布,更有目标的去生产、销售,同时针对不同焊机的生产日期、通讯协议、电压等数据的了解可以在焊机故障时提供精准服务。
Welding machine manufacturing and sales enterprises, in order to expand their competitive advantages, have established additional service outlets to cover more untapped markets. However, during the actual promotion process, there is a lack of data analysis empowerment and insufficient evaluation of the rationality of service outlet layouts, resulting in certain investment risks. This dataset, empowered by data analysis, can intuitively reflect the distribution of welding machines across regions and the usage status of various welding machine types. Authorized to welding machine manufacturers and welding machine maintenance service enterprises, it enables manufacturers to carry out more targeted production and region-specific sales, and helps both welding machine manufacturers and third-party welding machine service enterprises optimize the rationality of their service outlet layouts.
1. Data Source: Data information of welding machines in Jindong District, Jinhua City is collected via the Hanyouxu Platform, and stored in a database as the initial dataset.
2. Data Processing: For the collected information of welding machine manufacturers and relevant details of welding machines, combined with the location information, affiliated region and affiliated enterprise information of each welding machine, the welding machine dataset is screened, counted and analyzed.
3. Algorithm Processing: Calculate the proportion by dividing the number of welding machines produced by each manufacturer by the total number of welding machines in the target region, which is used to evaluate the distribution level of that manufacturer's welding machines in the county-level area. If the proportion exceeds 3%, the corresponding welding machines are rated as "Class I Welding Machines"; if the proportion is between 1% and 3%, they are rated as "Class II Welding Machines"; if the proportion is below 1%, they are rated as "Class III Welding Machines". Combined with GIS maps, welding machines are displayed as red dots on the map based on their longitude and latitude. The denser the distribution of red dots, the higher the number of welding machines in the corresponding area. This allows welding machine manufacturing and sales enterprises to quickly grasp the distribution of welding machines, so as to conduct more targeted production and sales activities. In addition, by obtaining data such as the production date, communication protocol and voltage of different welding machines, enterprises can provide accurate maintenance services when welding machines malfunction.
