Supporting data for paper 'Skye: A Differentiable Equation of State'

This upload includes data and scripts necessary to reproduce the figures appearing in the paper 'Skye: A Differentiable Equation of State'. 0001-PC-EOS-back-to-12778.patch is a git patch applicable with 'git am' that patches MESA version 21fd6fa to that used in these calculations. In addition to this patch, for the direct EOS comparisons we provide a modified version of helm_electron_positron.dek which removes a switch in the HELM tables at log(T/K)=9. This version can be used by replacing the file in MESA/eos/private.
