The study aims at understanding transcriptional dynamics occurring during the early embryonic development of the yellow fever mosquito Aedes aegypti. Duplicate embryo samples were collected at four discrete intervals after egg laying (at 1 h, 3 h, 5 h, and 7 h) and immediately crushed in Trizol. Following total RNA isolation with on-column DNase treatment using PureLink (Ambion) kit, and library construction, the RNA samples were sequenced from both ends using Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform.

本研究旨在解析黄热病蚊（Aedes aegypti）早期胚胎发育过程中的转录动力学变化。研究人员于产卵后的四个离散时间点（1 h、3 h、5 h及7 h）收集平行重复的胚胎样本，并立即将样本置于Trizol试剂中裂解。随后，采用PureLink（Ambion）试剂盒结合柱上DNase处理完成总RNA提取，待文库构建完成后，使用Illumina NovaSeq6000测序平台对RNA样本进行双端测序。
