The SFU-STORE-NAV dataset was created by the Computational Science Robotics Laboratory at Simon Fraser University, with the objective of collecting human navigation intent data relevant to autonomous robotic navigation. This dataset contains visual and motion capture data from 108 participants, simulating interactive scenarios within a shopping store environment. During its development, multiple cameras and the Vicon system were employed to synchronously record the participants' positions and head orientations. This dataset is suitable for research in the fields of robotics, machine learning and computer vision, particularly for human intent inference and trajectory prediction.
