Kuruma prawn Marsupenaeus japonicus ovarian transcriptome

In this project, transcriptome analysis on the ovary of the kuruma prawn Marsupenaeus japonicus was performed to to find gonadal peptide hormones and peptide hormone receptors that are possibly involved in peripheral endocrine regulations.
