This data set contains the data to reproduce the numerical results presented in the letter titled 'Scaling regimes for unsteady diffusion across particle-stabilized fluid interfaces'.<br>Data processing is done in JupyterLab.<br><em>GenerateFigures.ipynb</em> generates, stores, and plots the numerical data corresponding to Figures 2, 3, and S1 in the manuscript.<br>The numerical method solves the Fick-Jacobs equation using the one-dimensional Crank-Nicolson method, where both the spatial coordinate and time are logarithmically spaced to efficiently resolve the relevant scales.
本数据集包含复现题为《颗粒稳定流体界面的非稳态扩散标度律》的学术快报文章中呈现的数值结果所需的数据。所有数据处理均通过JupyterLab完成。脚本文件GenerateFigures.ipynb可生成、存储并绘制本文稿件中图2、图3及补充材料图S1对应的数值数据。本数据集采用的数值方法通过一维克兰克-尼科尔森(Crank-Nicolson)方法求解菲克-雅各布斯(Fick-Jacobs)方程,其中空间坐标与时间均采用对数间隔离散,以高效解析相关特征尺度。
