2. Data Processing: Peroxide value = (Volume of sodium thiosulfate standard solution consumed by the sample - Volume of sodium thiosulfate standard solution consumed by the blank test) × Concentration of sodium thiosulfate standard solution × 0.1269 × 100 / Sample mass. If the peroxide value in the sample is ≤ 0.25 g/100g, the product is judged as qualified.
