Additional file 4: Table S4. Counts of miRNAs detected in the primary root elongation zone under well-watered (WW), and mild and severe water deficit conditions. There are four biological replicates per water potential condition. miRNA abundances in each library are represented in RPTM (reads per ten million). Log fold-change calculations, p-values, and FDRs were generated with EdgeR. Significant tests (FDRâ <â 0.05) are highlighted in bright yellow.
