A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the forest ecosystem at Maoxian Station (2015-2016, 2019)

This dataset contains flux observation data for the forest ecosystem in the Maoxian Mountain Ecosystem Research Station of Chinese Academy of Sciences, covering the years 2015, 2016 and 2019. The station is located in Fengyi Township of Maoxian County, Sichuan Province. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data collected at the flux observation site in the station were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).

本数据集包含中国科学院茂县山地生态系统研究站2015、2016及2019年的森林生态系统通量观测数据。该站坐落于四川省茂县凤仪镇。本数据集依据中国通量观测研究网络（ChinaFLUX）数据处理规范，对该站通量观测场采集的原始观测数据进行标准化处理，生成标准化的生态系统碳、水通量及关键气象要素数据集。本数据集按年份归档，每年包含8个Excel数据文件，分为两类：LITE类涵盖主要通量与气象变量数据，ALL类则在LITE类的基础上新增了数据质量指标与插值指标数据。每一类均包含4个数据文件，对应4种时间尺度：半小时（HH）、日（DD）、月（MM）与年（YY）。
