Mean-standard deviation based electric vehicle routing problem using Lagrangian relaxation and extended alternating direction method of multipliers based decomposition algorithm

This is the experimental data of the manuscript entitled “ Mean-standard deviation based electric vehicle routing problem using Lagrangian relaxation and extended alternating direction method of multipliers based decomposition algorithm”. In this data set, small and large instances are included, and each instance gives the information of the links, such as the start node, end node and variance of the link.

本数据集为《基于均值-标准差的电动汽车路径规划问题：采用拉格朗日松弛（Lagrangian relaxation）与基于扩展交替方向乘子法（alternating direction method of multipliers）的分解算法》一文的实验数据。本数据集涵盖小规模与大规模两类算例，每个算例均提供路段相关信息，包括路段的起始节点、终止节点以及路段方差。
