Galapagos Rails

Whole Genome Sequences from 39 samples from four different islands in Galapagos. The goal is (1) to investigate the evolutionary history including first colonization and further dispersion of rails in Galapagos. (2) The genomic consequence of population decline driven by goat introduction.
