We performed RNA-seq in TeloHAEC with samples where CALCRL was silenced using siRNA or enhancer-8 deleted using CRISPR-cas9 system to investigate the genes that are differentially expressed under CALCRL knockdown. Overall design: mRNA expression profiling of teloHAEC cells following si-CALCRL and enhancer-8 CRISPR-Cas9 deletion.

我们采用经两种方式处理的永生化人肺微血管内皮细胞(TeloHAEC)样本开展RNA测序(RNA-seq):一组通过小干扰RNA(siRNA)沉默CALCRL基因,另一组利用CRISPR-Cas9系统敲除增强子-8(enhancer-8),以探究CALCRL敲低条件下的差异表达基因。实验整体设计:对经si-CALCRL处理及增强子-8 CRISPR-Cas9敲除的永生化人肺微血管内皮细胞进行mRNA表达谱分析。
