Porcine skeletal muscle satellite cell transcriptome sequencing

Analysis of porcineskeletal muscle satellite cells depleted of up-frameshift 1 (UPF1). Upf1 is an RNA helicase required for nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD).
