10x Single-Cell RNAseq Brain (Reference)

Human astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, and microglia from the brain with labels in a SingleCellExperiment object. These data can be used as a reference set for training cell-type annotation classifiers. These cells have been subsetted from data from the following study (Allen Brain Atlas): <br> Bakken, T., Jorstad, N., Hu, Q., Lake, B., Tian, W., Kalmbach, B., ... &amp; Lein, E. (2020). Evolution of cellular diversity in primary motor cortex of human, marmoset monkey, and mouse. <em>BioRxiv</em>.本数据集收录源自人脑的星形胶质细胞（astrocytes）、少突胶质细胞（oligodendrocytes）与小胶质细胞（microglia），相关细胞标注信息存储于单细胞实验对象（SingleCellExperiment）中。 该数据集可作为训练细胞类型注释分类器（cell-type annotation classifiers）的参考数据集。 上述细胞均从下述研究（艾伦脑图谱（Allen Brain Atlas））的原始数据中抽取得到： Bakken T、Jorstad N、Hu Q、Lake B、Tian W、Kalmbach B 等及 Lein E（2020）：《人类、普通狨猴与小鼠初级运动皮层的细胞多样性演化》，BioRxiv。
