Expression data from PC-3 cells transfected with siControl and siBTF3

BTF3 knockdown-induced transcriptional changes in PC-3 cells. Overall design: PC-3 prostate cancer cells were transfected with siControl or siBTF3 for 48 hours, followed by RNA extraction and RNA sequencing analysis. Each has two biological repeats.
