This dataset contains the processed multisource remote sensing features, physics-informed feature vectors, lithological labels, and prediction results used in the study "PIGI-Net: A Physics-Constrained Multisource Remote Sensing Fusion Method for Intelligent Granite Lithology Identification". The dataset was constructed using Sentinel-2 MSI imagery, Landsat-8 OLI data, SRTM DEM data, and geological reference information from the Xiangshan uranium ore field.
