Transcriptomic of darkness and blue light-mediated development in pink Auricularia cornea

Under dark and blue light treatment, pink Auricularia cornea was observed at the dark-cultured mycelium stage (Darhy, 0d), primordia stage under dark (Darpb) and blue light (Blupb) after 16 days of incubation, and fruiting body stage (Darfb, Blufb) after 24 days of incubation.
