Transcriptomic of darkness and blue light-mediated development in pink Auricularia cornea

Under dark and blue light treatment, pink Auricularia cornea was observed at the dark-cultured mycelium stage (Darhy, 0d), primordia stage under dark (Darpb) and blue light (Blupb) after 16 days of incubation, and fruiting body stage (Darfb, Blufb) after 24 days of incubation.在黑暗与蓝光处理条件下，研究人员于暗培养菌丝体阶段（Darhy, 0d）、培养16天后的黑暗培养原基阶段（Darpb）与蓝光培养原基阶段（Blupb），以及培养24天后的子实体阶段（Darfb, Blufb）中，均观察到了粉色角质木耳（Auricularia cornea）。
