This study examined 107 <i>Lactiplantibacillus plantarum</i> strains from fermented dairy products, fermented grape must , and fermented vegetables to compare for their cholesterol-lowering-related characteristics, including acid resistance, bile tolerance, surface hydrophobicity and bile acids deconjugation ability. Bile salt hydrolase (BSH) genes were detected in 97.2% (<i>n</i> = 104) of the total strains and in all of the strains isolated from fermented dairy products.The detailed comparison between the sequence of each strain and the corresponding subject sequence were listed here

本研究选取107株植物乳杆菌(*Lactiplantibacillus plantarum*)菌株,分别分离自发酵乳制品、发酵葡萄醪与发酵蔬菜,旨在比较其降胆固醇相关特性,包括耐酸性、胆汁耐受性、表面疏水性及胆汁酸解离能力。研究发现,97.2%的受试菌株(n=104)携带胆汁盐水解酶(Bile Salt Hydrolase,BSH)基因,且所有分离自发酵乳制品的菌株均携带该基因。本研究在此列出各菌株序列与对应参考序列的详细比对结果。
