材料中碳转换机理分析数据集是针对原材料样品的岩矿鉴定、地气测量数据、X荧光法分析化学成分、红外吸收法测量碳含量等成分数据,该数据集的主要内容是进行综合分析研究,确定原料生产过程中碳的赋存形式,研究了其转化机理,计算新型材料的碳汇碳排放状况,发现尾矿和建筑固废处理过程释放C的气态成分CO2,固态和液态C基本不变;而新材料砂浆固结过程则体现吸收CO2,整个生产过程总体上碳排放少碳吸收量大,呈现碳汇过程,实现了新材料的绿色功能,其应用将具有良好的经济效益和社会效应。
A dataset for analyzing carbon conversion mechanisms in materials focuses on compositional data including petrographic identification of raw material samples, geogas survey data, X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of chemical compositions, and carbon content measurement via infrared absorption method. The core objectives of this dataset include conducting comprehensive analytical research to determine the occurrence modes of carbon during raw material production, investigate its conversion mechanisms, and calculate the carbon sink and carbon emission levels of new materials. It is observed that during the treatment of tailings and construction solid wastes, gaseous carbon in the form of CO2 is released, while solid and liquid carbon remains largely unchanged. Conversely, the consolidation process of the new material mortar absorbs CO2. Overall, the entire production process features low carbon emissions and high carbon absorption, exhibiting a carbon sink process, thereby realizing the green functional characteristics of the new material. Its application is expected to deliver favorable economic and social benefits.
