本研究以石灰性土壤和砖红壤为供试土壤，进行土壤培养试验。在培养的第5 d、10 d、15 d、30 d和50 d取土样，样品风干后过2 mm筛，分别测定土壤有效磷、Resin-P、NaHCO3-P、NaOH-P、HCl-P和Residue-P，且在最后一次取样时测定土壤全磷
In this study, soil incubation experiments were conducted using calcareous soil and latosol as test soils. Soil samples were collected on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 30th and 50th day of incubation. After air-drying, the samples were passed through a 2 mm sieve, and soil available phosphorus, Resin-P, NaHCO3-P, NaOH-P, HCl-P and Residue-P were determined respectively. Additionally, soil total phosphorus was measured during the final sampling.
