Charge contrast images of a polished gibbsite grain showing "normal" contrast and "reverse" contrast

Charge contrast images (CCI) of a polished gibbsite grain showing "normal" contrast and "reverse" contrast. The difference in contrast is a result of a 0.1 torr change in pressure from 0.6 torr (normal CCI) to 0.5 torr (reverse CCI). Images were collected using a GSED biased at 400V in an envirnmental scanning ellectron microscope.

本数据集包含一颗抛光的三水铝石颗粒的电荷衬度成像（Charge Contrast Images，CCI）结果，分别呈现“正常衬度”与“反转衬度”两种模式。两种衬度的差异源于成像压强从0.6托（对应正常CCI）变化至0.5托（对应反转CCI），压强变动幅度为0.1托。全部图像均通过偏置电压为400V的气体二次电子探测器（Gas Secondary Electron Detector，GSED），在环境扫描电子显微镜（environmental scanning electron microscope）中采集获取。
