Metabarcoding analyses of dust in Guadeloupe

The aim of this study was to determine the diversity and frequency of microbial agents (bacteria, eukaryotes) in dust in Guadeloupe and the potential threat to human and/or animal health by comparing microbial air composition during and outside dust events.

本研究旨在明确瓜德罗普地区尘埃中微生物（细菌、真核生物）的多样性与出现频率，通过对比沙尘事件发生期间与非发生时段的空气微生物组成，评估其对人类及/或动物健康的潜在威胁。
