CsSIB1 (dm5.3)-dependent gene regulatory network for resistance against downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis) in cucumber

Transcriptome profiling was conducted for dm5.3/CsSIB1 near isogenic lines through RNA-Seq (NovaSeq 6000) at 0 and 3 days post inoculation with two and three biological replications, respectively.
