GEPIADB date related

As single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) research proliferates, efficient analysis on vast datasets has become challenging. To address this issue, we provide GEPIADB by calculating the key statistics of cell type-level expression profiles originated from 850 single cell studies, which enables users to perform basic gene-centric analysis in an almost real-time manner. The full database has also been stored in csv format in this file.

随着单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）研究的蓬勃发展，针对大规模数据集开展高效分析已成为一项颇具挑战性的课题。为解决这一问题，我们通过计算源自850项单细胞研究的细胞类型水平表达谱的关键统计指标，搭建了GEPIADB数据库，可使用户以近乎实时的方式开展基础的以基因为中心的分析。完整数据库亦以CSV格式存储于本文件中。
