重大工程生态风险防范监测产品是指工程建设工程中在方案设计和施工过程中十分注重对动物、植物、水系、周边环境等方面的生态风险防范。为尽可能降低铁路施工建设造成的生态环境扰动破坏,项目要求铁路线路的选址必须远离国家/国际自然保护区或生态敏感区至少1 km以上。铁路沿线附近共有2个国家公园/保护区,为减少对其生态环境的影响,在路线选址设计时绕开了Chatkalskiy国家自然保护区;由于绕过恰特卡尔国家公园的经济成本和社会成本过高,因而采用“最少生态占用”原则仅从其外围擦过。通过修建桥梁、涵洞等保障野生动物自由迁徙等措施。

Major engineering ecological risk prevention and monitoring products refer to those that prioritize ecological risk prevention for fauna, flora, water systems and surrounding environments during the design and construction phases of the project. To minimize ecological disturbance and damage to the environment caused by railway construction, the project stipulates that the railway alignment must be at least 1 km away from national/international nature reserves or ecologically sensitive areas. There are two national parks/reserves in total near the planned railway route. To mitigate impacts on their ecological environments, the route was designed to bypass the Chatkalskiy National Nature Reserve during the site selection process. Given the excessively high economic and social costs of fully bypassing the Chatkalskiy National Park, the principle of minimal ecological occupation was adopted, with the route only skimming its periphery. Measures including the construction of bridges and culverts were implemented to ensure unimpeded free migration of wild animals.
