Tongue diagnosis is one of the characteristic diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and it is also an important basis for the diagnosis of diseases and syndromes in TCM. It mainly includes tongue texture and tongue fur. Tongue fur mainly includes tongue fur texture and tongue fur color, especially the tongue color is an important indicator to identify the nature of the disease. Clinically, tongue fur is easy to be stained by drugs and food, resulting in color illusion and misdiagnosis. This dataset recorded two kinds of tongue images of TCM, stained tongue fur and non-stained tongue fur, with an average of about 1000 tongue images for each type. The stained tongue fur data include the color change images of the tongue fur for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 30 minutes after eating stained food in health conditions of different populations. The colors are mainly divided into white, yellow, gray and black, with yellow predominating. Non-stained tongue fur data included pathological tongue fur images of different populations, which were divided into white, yellow and gray, and black fur. This dataset can provide a reliable classification basis for research in the field of tongue diagnosis, effectively solve the problem of tongue fur artifacts, and also provide data support for the development of more intelligent tongue diagnosis instruments.
舌诊是中医(Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM)独具特色的诊断方法之一,亦是中医疾病与证候诊断的重要依据。其主要涵盖舌体与舌苔两大类别,舌苔主要包含舌苔质地与舌苔色泽,其中舌色是辨识疾病属性的核心指标。临床场景中,舌苔易受药物与食物染色干扰,产生色泽假象,进而引发误诊。本数据集收录两类中医舌象图像:染苔图像与非染苔图像,每类约含1000幅舌象样本。染苔数据涵盖不同人群健康状态下,食用染色食物后5分钟、10分钟及30分钟的舌苔色泽变化图像,色泽主要分为白、黄、灰、黑四类,其中以黄色染苔占比最高。非染苔数据则包含不同人群的病理性舌苔图像,涵盖白、黄、灰、黑四种舌苔色泽类型。本数据集可为舌诊领域的相关研究提供可靠的分类基准,有效解决舌苔伪影问题,同时也可为智能化舌诊仪器的研发提供坚实的数据支撑。
