The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of 32 S. 1,4,[5],12:i:- isolates from foods (i.e., chicken, pork, dried bummelo) and clinical sources (i.e., human feces), and to reveal the molecular typing, antibiotic resistance genes, and plasmid replicon types of these isolates by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and whole genomic sequencing (WGS).

本研究旨在评估32株S. 1,4,[5],12:i:-分离株的抗生素敏感性,这些分离株来源于食品(鸡肉、猪肉、干柚子)与临床样本(人类粪便);同时通过脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)和全基因组测序(WGS)技术,解析该类分离株的分子分型、抗生素耐药基因及质粒复制子类型。
