At present, with the deepening of the understanding of intestinal microecology, the regulation of intestinal microecology will also be included in the entire management of immunotherapy. Studies have suggested that the use of probiotics, prebiotics, Biostime or antibiotics in combination with tumor immunotherapy can rebalance the intestinal microecology. Therefore, it is urgent to further study the effect and mechanism of intestinal microbiome on immunotherapy efficacy.
当前,随着学界对肠道微生态的认知不断深化,肠道微生态调控也将被纳入免疫治疗的全流程管理范畴。已有研究表明,将益生菌(probiotics)、益生元(prebiotics)、Biostime或抗生素与肿瘤免疫治疗联合使用,可重新平衡肠道微生态。因此,亟需进一步探究肠道微生物组对免疫治疗疗效的影响及其作用机制。
