The present invention relates to a braking device (1) for controlled lowering of tree branches or trunk pieces during tree pruning and plant removal performed by rope arborists. This braking device consists of two functionally connected units: a braking unit (10) designed so as to control the rotary motion of a rope drum (12) having wrapped therearound a rope (30) whose one end is tied to the tree branch or trunk piece to be lowered; a control unit (20) which controls a brake capable of exerting a friction force on said rope drum so as to limit or stop its rotary motion. Unlike known lowering brakes, said braking device is characterized in that the rope wrapped around the rope drum is not subjected to overheating generated by the dynamic friction. Moreover, it can advantageously control in real time the fall of the branch.
本发明涉及一种制动装置(braking device)(1),用于在绳索式树木养护工(rope arborists)开展树木修剪与植物移除作业时,实现树枝或树干段的可控下放。
该制动装置包含两个功能耦合的单元:其一为制动单元(braking unit)(10),其结构设计用于控制绳鼓(rope drum)(12)的旋转运动;该绳鼓外周缠绕有绳索(rope)(30),绳索一端系缚于待下放的树枝或树干段。其二为控制单元(control unit)(20),该单元控制制动器(brake),使其可对所述绳鼓施加摩擦力(friction force),以限制或停止其旋转运动。
与现有下放制动器(lowering brakes)相比,所述制动装置的特征在于:缠绕于绳鼓的绳索不会因动摩擦(dynamic friction)产生过热现象。此外,该装置可实时精准管控树枝的下放过程,具备显著的应用优势。
