Seven commercial isolates of Pleurotus eryngii ‘142 F’, ‘142 E’, ‘D +’, ‘V turbo’, ‘V 142’, ‘A12’ and ‘V160’) were identified on molecular basis, analyzed and compared to five “wild” type isolates (‘Albino beige chiaro 1094’, ‘Altamura 1603’, ‘Albino 1107’, ‘Muro Lucano 139’ and ‘Conversano 1250’) concerning their morphological, productivity and quality features.
本研究对7株杏鲍菇(*Pleurotus eryngii*)商业分离菌株(‘142 F’、‘142 E’、‘D+’、‘V turbo’、‘V 142’、‘A12’及‘V160’)进行了分子生物学鉴定,并针对其形态学特性、生产性能与品质特征,与5株野生型分离菌株(‘Albino beige chiaro 1094’、‘Altamura 1603’、‘Albino 1107’、‘Muro Lucano 139’及‘Conversano 1250’)开展了对比分析。
