Share of e-shoppers purchasing groceries online in Italy 2023

In Italy, the share of regular e-shoppers purchasing groceries online increased steadily from 2017 to 2021. As of the survey period, 19 percent of Italian online shoppers reported that they purchased said products, a four percent increase from 2019. In 2023, the figure decreased to 18 percent.
