数据摘要:帕尔默干旱指数(Palmerdroughtseverityindex,PDSI)是一个常用的干旱指标,在水文、气象、农业等领域广泛应用。它是以桑斯威特的可能蒸发的概念为基础,包含降水量、蒸散量、径流量和土壤有效水分储存量在内的水分平衡模式。干旱是水分持续亏缺的结果,干旱强度是水分亏缺和持续时间的函数;水分亏缺以本月降水量与本月气候适宜降水量之差的修正值来表示,而持续时间因子则以在前月旱度基础上再加上本月水分状况对旱度的贡献来体现。数据建设目的:为自然地理、生物环境、生态学等相关学科领域的研究人员提供全球干旱指数数据,用以全球环境变化动态分析。
Dataset Abstract: The Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) is a widely utilized drought indicator in hydrology, meteorology, agriculture and other related disciplines. It is founded on Thornthwaite's concept of potential evaporation, and is a water balance model that incorporates precipitation, evapotranspiration, runoff and soil available water storage. Drought originates from persistent water deficit, and drought intensity is a function of both water deficit and its duration. Water deficit is represented by the corrected difference between the current month's precipitation and the climatological normal precipitation of the same month, while the duration factor is reflected by adding the contribution of this month's water conditions to the drought severity based on the previous month's drought index. Purpose of the Dataset: This dataset provides global drought index data for researchers in natural geography, biological environment, ecology and other relevant fields, to enable dynamic analysis of global environmental change.
