Bombus vosnesenskii is a relatively common and abundant bumble bee that is found throughout the west coast of North America. The species is a member of the subgenus Pyrobombus. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core. For more information, go to: ccgproject.org
