Gut microbiota of Clostridium difficile challenge in mice, gerbils and hamsters. feces metagenome

In this study, mice, gerbils and hamsters are used as labortary animals, and challenged with pathogenic Clostridium difficile. The gut microbiota changes are analyzed by using 16S rRNA sequencing method during the challenge process.

本研究以小鼠、沙鼠及仓鼠作为实验动物，采用致病性艰难梭菌（Clostridium difficile）进行攻毒处理，并在攻毒过程中通过16S rRNA测序技术分析肠道微生物群的变化。
