王桂新，博士，教授，博士生导师。
现任复旦大学人口研究所所长、城市与区域发展研究中心主任、社会发展与公共政策学院学位委员会主任。
研究方向：主要从事人口迁移与城市化、劳动就业与社会保障、人口•资源•环境经济分析及管理与评价、城市与区域分析、经营及政策评估、城市与区域可持续发展及决策系统建立等方面的研究。

Currently, they serve as the Director of the Institute of Population Studies, Director of the Center for Urban and Regional Development Studies, and Director of the Degree Committee of the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Fudan University.
Research Focus: Their research primarily focuses on population migration and urbanization, labor employment and social security, population-resource-environment economic analysis, management and evaluation, urban and regional analysis, operation and policy evaluation, as well as urban and regional sustainable development and decision-making system construction.
