Ruthenium based compound have developed for anticancer therapy Identification of the transcriptomes induced by either cisplatin or a ruthenium-based compound (RDC) that are both cytotoxic. Cells were treated with either cisplatin or RDC at their IC50 and for 6h or 24h. 15 samples are in the experiment. Each condition has been done in triplicates. Ct is control; R6 is RDC applied for 6h, R24 is RDC applied for 24h, C6 is ciplatin applied 6h and C24 is cisplatin applied for 24h. U87 cells were used.

本数据集围绕用于抗肿瘤治疗的钌基化合物展开相关研究,旨在鉴定顺铂(cisplatin)与钌基化合物(RDC)这两种均具备细胞毒性的物质所诱导的转录组。实验以U87细胞系为研究对象,分别以两种药物的半数抑制浓度(IC50)处理细胞,处理时长分别为6小时与24小时。本次实验共设置15个样本,每组实验条件均设置三次生物学重复。其中Ct为对照组;R6代表使用RDC处理6小时的组别,R24代表使用RDC处理24小时的组别,C6代表使用顺铂处理6小时的组别,C24代表使用顺铂处理24小时的组别。
