Percentage of individuals using the Internet - less than once a week

Proportion of individuals who used the Internet from any location less than once a week in the last three months. Access can be via a fixed or mobile network. The indicator can be disaggregated: i) by location of user (Rural/Urban); ii) by age of user (14 years and younger, 15-24 years, 25-74 years, 75 years and older); iii) by gender of user (Male/Female).

过去三个月内，在任意地点每周使用互联网不足一次的个体占比。互联网接入可通过固定网络或移动网络实现。该指标可按以下维度细分：i）用户所在地（农村/城市）；ii）用户年龄（14岁及以下、15-24岁、25-74岁、75岁及以上）；iii）用户性别（男性/女性）。
