Single cell sequencing of hypothalamus tissues in IDOL KO

A single cell suspension was generated from IDOL KO and Control mouse hypothalami, and single-cell mRNAseq libraries were generated with Drop-Seq. Drop-Seq was performed on two separate days mixing experimental groups using the same age (8 week) and strain (C57BL/6J) mice.

从IDOL敲除（IDOL KO）与对照小鼠的下丘脑组织中制备单细胞悬液，并通过Drop-Seq技术构建单细胞mRNA测序文库。实验分两个独立批次开展，各批次均使用周龄为8周、品系为C57BL/6J的小鼠，并对实验组与对照组进行混合处理。
