在首都医科大学附属北京康复医院招募脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍患者,采集被试者静息态和任务态大脑运动皮质的fNIRS数据,分析静息态近红外数据,对运动皮质的脑网络属性进行分析。融合fNIRS及表面肌电数据,结合脑卒中患者肢体运动功能FMA评分,对正常被试与脑卒中患者进行不同脑区fNIRS数据和FMA分析比较,建立脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍评估模型,并分析其康复规律。

Patients with limb motor dysfunction due to stroke were recruited at Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University. Resting-state and task-state functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) data of the subjects' brain motor cortex were collected. The resting-state fNIRS data were analyzed to investigate the brain network properties of the motor cortex. Multimodal data fusion of fNIRS and surface electromyography (sEMG) was performed, combined with the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores of limb motor function for the stroke patients. Comparative analyses of fNIRS data from different brain regions and FMA scores were conducted between healthy controls and stroke patients. An evaluation model for stroke-induced limb motor dysfunction was established, and its rehabilitation patterns were analyzed.
