In this study, we identified the effects of honey-processed Hedysari Radix (HPHR) ameliorating Spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome (SQDS). To explore the mechanism of HPHR systematically, we used 16S rDNA sequencing and untargeted metabolomics in the SQDS rats were combined, and bioinformatics analysis was carried out. This study can be considered as a reference for HPHR to further study the mechanism of SQDS.

本研究探明了蜜炙黄芪（Honey-processed Hedysari Radix，简称HPHR）对脾气虚证（Spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome，简称SQDS）的改善作用。为系统探究HPHR的作用机制，本研究联合采用16S rDNA测序与非靶向代谢组学技术对脾气虚证大鼠进行检测，并开展生物信息学分析。本研究可为后续围绕HPHR改善脾气虚证的作用机制开展深入研究提供参考依据。
